Gary Post has over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of public and private corporate finance transactions. He has specialized in raising and investing capital as a key element creating value for shareholders as an advisor and direct private equity and venture investor. Mr. Post has often taken an active role in companies to implement solutions and has served as an interim CEO or COO and a director of several public and private companies. In these situations Mr. Post participated in solving complex capital structure, corporate governance, corporate reorganization and other strategic issues.
In his roles at Ambient Capital, he has was President and CEO of VoIP, Inc., a public company that provided enabling technologies and services to the Voice over Internet Protocol/Telecom Industry, Interim CEO of OCC Meds Billing Services — a firm specializing in automating and financing Workers Compensation Pharmacy Claims, Acting CEO of Opticon Medical, a private medical device company with multiple FDA clearances, and part-time interim COO of Oxis International. Inc. — a company with interests in anti-oxidant research and proprietary nutrient supplements.
Gary Post’s previous experience has been in a variety of senior corporate finance roles as First Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Vice President at Kidder Peabody, Managing Director at Houlihan, Lokey, Howard and Zukin and Director of Research and Consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Gary Post received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and a MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles.

R. Rudolph Reinfrank is the Managing General Partner of Riverford Partners, LLC, a strategic advisory and investment firm which acts as an investor, board member and strategic advisor to growth companies and companies in transition. Prior to founding Riverford, Mr. Reinfrank was a co-founder and a Managing General Partner of Clarity Partners L.P., an $800 million private equity firm focused on media and communications, and a co-founder of Clarity China, L.P., a $220 million private equity partnership with investments in Greater China. Before Clarity, he was a co-founder and a Managing General Partner of Rader Reinfrank & Co., a private equity fund. His prior experience includes roles as an executive, investor, and advisor across a wide range of industries for the Roy E. Disney and Marvin Davis families.
Mr. Reinfrank is a member of the board of directors of Apollo Investment Corporation, a registered investment company and publicly-traded financial services company (NASDAQ: AINV). He is the chairman of its audit committee and a member of its nominating and governance committee. Mr. Reinfrank is a member of the board of directors of Kayne Anderson Acquisition Corp., (NASDAQ: KAACU) which has been formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company intends to focus its search for a target business in the energy industry. He is the chairman of its audit committee and a member of its compensation committee. Mr. Reinfrank is also a Senior Advisor to BC Partners, a private equity and credit firm which targets investments in market leading businesses with defensive growth characteristics. BC Partners has completed 101 investments in companies with a total enterprise value of €124 billion.
Mr. Reinfrank meets the requirements of a Sarbanes-Oxley audit committee financial expert pursuant to item 407(d)(5)(ii) of Regulation S-K and he is FINRA licensed for Series 7, 62 and Series 63. Mr. Reinfrank is also a Senior Advisor to Pall Mall Capital, Ltd. (London). Mr. Reinfrank was previously a director of WebTV Networks (acquired by Microsoft), Trillium Digital Systems (acquired by Intel), Parker Drilling Company (NYSE: PKD), Weatherford International (NYSE: WFT), Enterra Corporation (NYSE: EN), CRC-Evans Pipeline, Impremedia LLC, Base Entertainment LLC, Naylor LLC, Crescent Entertainment, LLC and Central Soya, Inc.
