Transnational Capital Advises Chartwell Capital Partners, LLC on Its Purchase of Mountain Run Apartments in Albuquerque, NM

Transnational Capital Corp. is pleased to announce that an entity formed by Chartwell Capital Partners, LLC of North Salt Lake, UT has acquired the Mountain Run Apartments real estate project in Albuquerque, NM for $33.5 million. Transnational Capital acted as placement agent and advisor to Chartwell on various securities matters with respect to its private placement offering for this investment.
Chartwell is an investor and manager of income properties throughout the western U.S. It invests on behalf of high net worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors.
