Transnational Capital Corp. announced the signing of a Joint Venture between TCC client Jiaboo.com and Home Essentials, Inc. Jiaboo.com is a Beijing-based, online internet portal which provides building and decoration materials to consumers and professional contractors in the People’s Republic of China. Hong Kong-based Home Essentials, Inc., through its Continental Sourcing subsidiary, provides a wide range of products for the home to corporations and customers operating throughout Asia and the Middle East.
The Joint Venture will incorporate the unique Jiaboo.com online infrastructure in English under the Continental Sourcing brand and will provide large scale contractors throughout Asia and the Middle East with building materials sourced online at the lowest possible prices.
Transnational Capital Corp. introduced the parties and represented Jiaboo.com in the transaction.
