Frank Mah and US Ambassador Stephen Young discuss US-China cross border opportunities in Hong Kong.

Frank Mah, Managing Director of Transnational Capital Corp. and an active member of the New York Chapter of the Hong Kong Association, met with Ambassador Stephen Young at the US Consulate Office in Hong Kong in December 2011 to discuss ways to strengthen business ties between the US and China. The meeting with the Senior US Diplomat in Hong Kong, in conjunction with other members of the Association, explored concrete ways to enable business people from both countries to more effectively conduct business together.
The Hong Kong Association, with 33 chapters throughout the world, is a non-profit organization focused on developing business opportunities in the greater China area, especially the Pearl River Delta region. The New York Chapter, with 1100 members, is one of the most active in the world. It has won three awards of distinction from the “Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide” over the past two years.
